Once the installation file has been downloaded, open it and run the installation until it is finished.

System requirements
Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7/8/10.
Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 must be installed on the computer.
The .NET framework exists on all new computers and does not need to be installed.
If you are not sure whether to install it - first install the EZgo software, and at activation you will receive notification if you need to install it.

We’ll start by defining a regular add-on
Click on the plus sign - fill in the description of the add-on and its cost
Click on more information
Link to activities - and link the type of add-on to the location where you can implement the add-on and not the duration of the activity
Defining a package
First make sure that all the package's components are defined in add-ons.
Click the plus sign again and in the description add the name of the package and the total cost of the package.
Open the package in another information tab - definitions
On the next screen we will define the components of the package and list the real monetary value of the components of the package in each add-on.
Make sure that the total add-ons = the total sum of the package.
Stage 5 - General definitions
Go to definitions>system>general definitions here the spa's times of activities are defined - intervals between treatments and run the work schedule
Stage 6 – Work schedule definitions
Go to operations>work schedule
Select the therapist, mark start and finish times
Stage 7 - External voucher definitions
Go to definitions>system>voucher types
Clicking on voucher company opens customer card, note the voucher name in the "description" and the value given by the voucher company
Stage 8 - Chain voucher definitions
Its best not to define a value as it is dynamic.
Then go to definitions>system>chain voucher management>create a series of vouchers and mark dynamic series
Stage 9 – How to sell a gift certificate
Go to accounting> voucher sales
Select a gift certificate>guest name and the add-on if you want to issue without continuing to payment click to mark as paid.
Stage 10 - Operations and management reports
Stage 11 – System operation
Ongoing work and scheduling treatments is conducted either in the spa calendar or in the therapist view.
Notes:
• The software is recognized by tax authorities for reservations management and accounting, interfaces with accounting software.

  • Instant approval of credit card processing

  • Credit cards can be checked at the time of booking
    • Customer club management - automatically send SMS messages as a permanent reminder X hours before treatment appointment
    • Send messages and greetings for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and promotional advertising.

Instructions for embedding the booking engine on Facebook
Type the following address in the friend search bar:

Online Reservations
Setting price lists
Set a price list in dollars and/or another currency
For each room type, the maximum number of persons per room must be defined - with details about adults, children and infants.
Define reservation terms
You must define reservation terms that the user can see and mark as read before making the booking.
It is important to note your cancellation terms.
You can mark some or all of the booking terms so that they appear in the reservation confirmation sent to the customer.
Defining additional restrictions
You can restrict online bookings to a minimal number of rooms, and/or minimal number of nights on certain dates through a "calendar".
* These settings are made through the subscriber Login.
Online reservation from your website Users of EZgo software for management of guest room reservations can enable online reservations on their business website. Guest room occupancy is updated automatically when business owners manage their reservations in EZgo's hotel, B&B and guest room reservation management software. You can display a reservation frame as an integral part of your website or as a link to a separate page. You can design the frame in the style of your website to make it an integral part of the site. Simple "installation" process - instructions for the programmer are listed below. You can display an online booking engine on your website, in an online reservations frame or a link to an online reservations page:
  • Booking engine display - room vacancy search and online reservation - allows booking on a page in your website, without having to go to another internet page.
  • Reservation frame display - simple reservation - allows booking on a page in your website, without having to go to another internet page.
  • Link to reservation page display - reservation frame in new window - "Book Now" or a formatted button that links to the reservation page.

Assimilation process The assimilation process is simple. You can customize the reservation/ reservation frame to match the color of your website making it an integral part of it. Display a booking engine in your website: You can place an internal frame of the width that you choose on your website - send a size parameter in a link. The height of the frame is significant because it will change according to the number of rooms your business has. Scrolling will be added when it does not have enough height. We recommend giving it enough height, according to the maximum number of rooms per reservation so that scrolling will not be needed. Note: When the width of the frame is over 500 pixels, a picture of the room will be displayed, and it will not be displayed when it is less.     • Business number - iItems - for reservation centers, you can display a list of several hotels so that the user can select a hotel from the list. The hotel number in the previous format is the default in the list. The business numbers must be separated with ";".
    • The user's language - en, English or another language (you can place the frame in several places and in each place display it in a different language).
    • Currency price list – (Cur 0 - ??, 1 - dollar) - determine from which price list the lodging prices will be taken. From a dollar price list or another currency.
    • Background color - Bk - name of color for example: pink or the hexadecimal number of the color, for example: 6D34766
    • Background image - BkImg - link to background image, for example: https://www.domain.com/folder/images/back/bk.jpg

Users of EZgo software for management of guest room reservations can display occupancy on their business website.
